Hacked911 First Responders
Make sure no victim faces cybercrime alone.
A project of the Cyber Law & First Response Initiative, an ISAC Foundation centre. Our commitment for 2030: 100,000 Certified First Responders.
The need and who it serves
Most victims never find a competent responder in the first 48 hours, and most cases fail on evidence. We train Cyber Crime Intervention Officers, publish the evidence standard, and make verified responders reachable.
- Who it serves
- Victims of online fraud and cybercrime; police and courts
- Where
- India, with district-level coverage targets
What this project does
The first hours after a cybercrime matter most. We train certified Cyber Crime Intervention Officers and make verified help reachable when victims need it.
